C301 TYPE METHANOL SYNTHESIS CATALYST
C301 type catalyst was developed by Research Institute of Nanjing Chemical Industrial Group in the 1970s to meet the demand of China's methanol industry. With improved composition and manufacturing process, it is widely used in medium- and high-pressure methanol synthesis plants with natural gas, coal or heavy oil as raw material.

Measured up to the standard of Q/SHNJ030-2001.
Under the standard condition:
Initial activity(hourly output of methanol per ml catalyst): ≥1.00g/ml.h
Activity after heat run(hourly output of methanol per ml catalyst) : ≥0.80g/ml.h
4. Operation Conditions
Temperature: 210~300℃
Optimal Temperature: 220~270℃
Pressure: 10.0 MPa~30.0MPa
Space velocity: 6000 h-1~20000h-1

Commercial Application
C301 catalyst has been used in more than 20 medium- and high-pressure methanol synthesis plants. The results show it has high activity, selectivity and strength.
